Indian At Tokyo Paralympics Schedule
Tokyo Summer Paralympics is scheduled to be conducted from 25 August to 6 September 2024. The tournament will feature 540 events across 22 sports. India is one of the 133 nations which will contest in the Tokyo Summer Paralympics 2024.
This will be the second time that Japan is hosting the Paralympics after hosting it in 1964.
The Indian contingent will include 54 para-athletes who will represent the country in 9 sports. Paralympic high jumper Mariyappan Thangavelu will be the flag bearer of the Indian contingent.
Indian Athletes have participated in all editions of Paralympics ever since its inception in 1984.
