FIFA Arab Cup 2024 is scheduled to take place in Qatar as a preparatory event for next year’s World Cup. The draw of the group stage was made on Tuesday. The tournament involves some top nations from the Arabian Gulf. Top countries from Asia and Africa in the region are to participate. The FIFA Arab Cup 2024 organizers have called for enthusiastic people aged 18 year old or above to help the tournament. The organizers being FIFA, for obvious reasons, along with the Qatar Football Association, the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (SC) and the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2024 LLC.

Volunteers are asked to support a range of operations, including spectator services, hospitality, broadcasting and media, among others. For this they will receive full training, tournament accreditation and a branded uniform. During their shifts, they will be entitled to a meal and use of public transport.

For the CV, Volunteers must be fluent in English and in Arabic which will be considered an advantage. They must be available for a minimum of eight shifts, lasting approximately eight hours each, spread across weekdays and weekends during the tournament. In return, they will be offered great services for their efforts to make the tournament a success.

FIFA Arab Cup 2024 Details

FIFA Arab Cup 2024 fixtures will see 23 nations participating in the tournament. The top nine ranked sides of the tournament have qualified automatically. The rest of the 14 lower-ranked countries have to qualify via a playoff to make the group stage. From the four groups, winners and runners up advance to the quarterfinal stage of the competition.

The competition is set to begin on 30th November and run until 18th December 2024. Exactly a year before the 2024 FIFA World Cup, also hosted in Qatar. It will be played in eight venues in total with some major cities of the nation involved.
