BPL 2019 Squads: Players List of Bangladesh Premier League Teams

The Bangladesh Premier League (BPL 2019) is set to take place in October but before the tournament, BPL draft to be held for the all the teams to build the team squad. BPL 2019 squads and full players list of all the seven teams with their captain will be listed here after the BPL 2019 draft. The BPL 2019 to feature 42 matches after which the playoffs will take place.

The BPL 2019 players’ draft to be held in Dhaka where all the seven teams will pick players from the draft. Each team can field a maximum of five and a minimum of three foreign players in their playing XI in the BPL T20 2019. BPL 2019 Squads with complete players list of all participating teams will be updated after the completion of the players draft. There is also news that Afghanistan Premier League 2019 may be played in October which might conflict with BPL 2019.

Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) 2019 Players Draft

Total 11 cricketers are included in A category, 35 cricketers in the B category, 53 cricketers in C category and 27 cricketers in D category and the base price of the players are fixed as per their categories.

A total of 301 players participating in the BPL T20 2018 draft which includes 133 local and 168 foreign players but only 85 players were selected in the draft. The two new franchises, Khulna Titans and Rajshahi Kings were allowed to pick two players while the existing franchises were allowed to retain only two local players from the last season. The Sylhet Super Stars franchise is officially out of the competition.

Dhaka Dynamites BPL squad is looking quite strong with players like Andre Russell, Dwayne Bravo and Shakib al Hasan.
